Harper Flares - Chocolate

the crowd favourite Harper Flares are back, and in our new colour way - Chocolate! My favourite colour of the season and for good reason. The flares are made from a stretch cotton rib so they have plenty of room to move. We have added some extra length from the past seasons so please refer to the sizing guide below for our new measurements.
