SHIPPING


All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post Express Services & sent from Western Australia. Please be patient as our offices are held in a rural area of Australia so parcels may take slightly longer to reach their destination.

We send out packages from Monday - Friday and do not ship on public holidays or unless stated otherwise. 

 

Australia wide Orders - $12 FLAT RATE 

Mini Marley orders within Australia are sent by Australia Post Express service. Once your package has been sent you will receive a tracking number and details via email. Although this is an overnight service, parcels can be delayed due to matters out of our control.

- For orders placed in Metro areas, please allow up to 2-5days.

- For orders placed in Rural areas, please allow up to 3-7days.

Please ensure that the shipping address entered is correct as any incorrect information will result in the parcel being returned to sender and you will be liable for the extra posting costs to send it back. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS -  $35 FLAT RATE

Mini Marley international orders are sent by DHL express. Once your order has been sent you will be emailed a unique tracking number, your parcel will be trackable and a signature is required upon delivery, if it is not signed for it will be taken to your local post office for collection.

Please double check all personal and postage details when completing as we do not take responsibility for missing packages. Please allow 3-10 business days for your parcel to arrive and please note that we will not be responsible for any customs or import charges and delivery time excludes custom clearance delays. 

Please note that Mini Marley is not responsible to cover any duties and tax charges. 

All orders are processed and shipped the following business day. Posting occurs Monday to Friday. Please email info@minimarleykids.com for any queries regarding your package.

* Unfortunately Mini Marley cannot guarantee you will receive your package within the given time frame as there can be postage delays that are out of our control and does not hold responsibility for lost or damaged packages. 

 

Duties and Taxes

Please note orders shipped internationally may incur duties and taxes which are applied by customs.

The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer.

Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to Mini Marley in order to receive a refund.

Refunds will only be issued once return orders have been received.

Please contact your local customs or DHL office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.

 

INCORRECT DETAILS

If incorrect shipping details are provided by the purchaser and your item is sent back, the purchaser will be held liable and will be made to pay added shipping fees to re-direct the mail and have it sent back. Mini Marley will not be held accountable for any incorrect details that are provided and will not be charged double shipping fees for an error on your behalf. Please check all your details are correct, and the maximum amount of information is given to ensure your parcel arrives safely in your hands.
